Who is responsible for your information

What we collect
Through our reservation and contact forms we collect the name, email address, phone number, pick-up address, drop-off address, date and time of service, number of passengers and any note you choose to provide, such as a flight number or a clinic name.
We do not ask for and do not want your diagnosis, your medical records or any clinical detail of your procedure. If you mention it voluntarily in a message, we use it only to plan your transfer.
Payments are processed by our booking and payment providers. Card numbers are never stored on our servers and we never see the full card details.
How we use it
To confirm your reservation, assign a vehicle and a driver, plan the route and the crossing, contact you about your trip, issue your receipt and follow up afterwards. If you have asked us to, we may send occasional service updates, and you can stop them at any time by replying to any message.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade contact lists. We share information only with the providers who make the service possible — the scheduling and payment platform, and the driver assigned to your trip — and only to the extent needed to complete it.
If a clinic or a coordinator books on your behalf, we confirm the trip to both, because both need the same logistics information. We do not disclose anything beyond the transportation details.
Your rights
California residents may request access to the personal information we hold about them, request its correction or deletion, and request that we not sell it — which we do not do in any case. Residents of Mexico hold equivalent ARCO rights. Write to info@crossbtransport.com and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law.
Retention and security
We keep reservation records for the period required for tax, insurance and legal purposes, and we delete or anonymize them afterwards. The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to reservation data is restricted to the staff who need it to operate the service.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the site or to book a service after that date means the revised policy applies.
